Philip Huddleston MRICS and CRAIG LAMB, PINPOINT INFORMATION LIMITED, provided an insightful mining update, highlighting non-coal mining risks and the need for specialist reports and structural assessments in higher-risk areas.

Kate Faulkner OBE, Chair of the Home Buying and Selling Council, gave a wide-ranging and thought-provoking overview of property, politics, economics and the outlook for 2026.

Jonathan Woodcraft, LPG, explained the specialist search insurance policy available and its practical value for search providers and their clients.

Nick Boddington and Jamie Winch, HM Land Registry, shared a compelling perspective on numbers, relationships and collaboration between HMLR and IPSA.

Juliet Baboolal LLB (hons), LLM construction, gunnercooke delivered a timely session on rethinking collaboration in property transactions from offer to ownership.

John Coulter, ClearPath Consultants, cut through the noise around AI in property transactions, focusing on what works, what does not and what comes next.

Dan Adamson, Robson Laidler Accountants, gave an honest and highly relevant session on exit strategies and preparing for a successful sale.

Jackie Dyson, IPSA Executive Consultant, marked 39 years in searches, sharing experience that reflects the depth of knowledge within the IPSA community.

Rebecca Reed, Elan introduced Reporting on Title and its role within the wider transaction process.
