Through negotiation with specialist insurance brokers and underwriters, IPSA is able to offer Professional Indemnity Insurance which is specific to Search Companies, as well as specialist Search Insurance at a beneficial rate
The Chairman of ISPA, Hamish McLay, meets regularly with HMLR and sits on their panels, enabling him to keep abreast of developments and pass on relevant information to members
IPSA is delighted to welcome members to an Annual National Conference as well as Members Only Days when there are specific changes or threats to the Industry which merit group involvement
Our Newsletter, complete with relevant industry news and other items of interest to our members, is emailed on a regular basis
Opportunity to join Board as Executive Member
Any Member of IPSA may apply to sit on the Executive Board. Appointees are selected on the basis of their qualifications and/or experience for the role and their willingness to set aside the time required to fulfil that role
Opportunities to join other Industry Bodies
IPSA has the privilege of holding positions on a number of Industry Boards, including the PCCB. Members, at the discretion of the Executive Board, have the opportunity to represent the views of IPSA and its membership throughout the Industry.

The Association of Independent Personal Search Agents is a non-profit-making representative body and support group for search companies across the UK. They provide a range of services designed to educate, inform and support their members, including dedicated website and telephone helpline.
Other benefits include a range of discounted training courses, Insurance Packages and a nationwide member to member network for out of area searches. Members are regulated by the Industry leading IPSA code of practice and supply regulated searches to conveyancing professionals nationwide. See more
