If your diary is anything like most conveyancers we know, it’s already full to bursting. That’s why we’re giving you plenty of notice: the IPSA AGM is set for Monday 26th October 2026, and we’d love to see you there – in person or online.

This isn’t just a box-ticking exercise. It’s a chance to step back from the daily pressure of files, clients and chasing searches, and take stock of where the industry is heading. And this year, we’ve got something a little different planned.

What’s happening on the day?

For those who can make the trip, we’ll be visiting the HMLR premises in Durham for a guided tour of their facilities. It’s a rare opportunity to see how HM Land Registry operates behind the scenes – and to put faces to the names you deal with regularly.

The AGM itself will follow the tour, but you don’t have to be in Durham to take part. We’ll also be running the meeting via Zoom, so if travel isn’t practical, you can still join in and have your say.

Timings and full details are still being confirmed, but we wanted to get the date into your calendar now.

Why bother attending?
