With just a little over two weeks until our highly anticipated Members’ Day, we are delighted to be welcoming you back to Sketchley Grange for what promises to be an engaging and enjoyable event. We have an excellent line-up of speakers and plenty of opportunities to meet and network informally with fellow members.
Our agenda is almost finalised – please see the attached for a flavour of what’s in store for all of you attending!
If you are planning to attend and have not yet confirmed your place, either by email or via the Eventbrite registration link, we would be grateful if you could do so as soon as possible. This will help us ensure that we have sufficient seating and catering arrangements in place for everyone.

We are delighted to share details of our upcoming IPSA Members’ Day, taking place on Monday 6th July at the wonderful Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa.
Following the success of previous events, this year’s Members’ Day promises to be another engaging, informative and memorable occasion. We are currently finalising a full programme of insightful presentations, alongside valuable networking opportunities throughout the day and into the evening.
The daytime sessions will be followed by a relaxed drinks reception, dinner and entertainment – giving members the perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and industry partners.
To gain the greatest benefit from both the presentations and the invaluable networking opportunities, we strongly encourage members to attend in person. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
We are excited to announce a fantastic line-up of speakers and sessions, including:
- Kate Faulkner OBE returning to share her expert insights into the current state of the property market — and hopefully unveiling a brand-new product for members to see first-hand.
- David Roylance delivering an energising post-lunch session on making a lasting impact through voice, presentation and delivery skills.
- Lorna Bown, PCCB Chief Inspector, providing members with an important update on any developments and changes to the Search Code. This session will count towards the PCCB requirement to attend one Compliance Briefing each year.
- Steve Brandwood from Geoplace explaining the growing importance of UPRNs and their increasing role within property data.
- HM Land Registry sharing updates on the LLC Programme, digital planning initiatives and open data pilots.
- Northumbrian Water discussing CON29DWs and the impact of new independent water companies on developers and purchasers.
During the afternoon, we will also host a panel discussion focused on the challenges members face when accessing information, exploring practical solutions and discussing how we can work together as an industry to overcome these obstacles.
We are extremely grateful for the support of our sponsors – Elan, Landmark, Legalito, LPG, Martello, PinPoint and 4Stamp – whose generosity enables us to continue delivering high-quality content and events for members.
There will also be commercial presentations from Landmark, Legalito and Martello, showcasing their latest products, services and developments.
In addition, search firms will not want to miss Rebecca Reed from Elan, who will present:
“Sustainable Growth Together – A Look into the Future”
As search and property data becomes increasingly available digitally, Rebecca will explore how independent search companies can continue to evolve, innovate and grow, and how Elan aims to support the industry through technology, value-added services and practical support for the future.
