Important information – Worcester Land Charges
Worcester City Council have issued a statement on their website stating that due to staffing levels in the Land Charges Department, they will not be accepting any orders for the LLC1 and CON29R until at least mid-August.
This information can be viewed on their website at www.worcester.gov.uk/land-searches-charges.
However, regulated searches are still available, it is only the Council searches that are affected.
Is this the first time a Council has publicly recommended the use of a Personal Search Company?!
“The City Council is doing all it can to rectify the situation and will keep you informed should circumstances change. In the meantime, please will you advise your clients to use a Personal Search Agency, as the City Council is still able to provide responses to these searches. The City Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.”
